Area Literature Report:

            Frank R. gives report as follows.

                        Received check from Area for $200.00.

                        Placed literature order for $199.95.

                        Order was delivered and brought to Area.

Updated Area Literature Inventory list is attached (not on web).

 

Ed P. gave report on Clean & Serene Literature fund.  He is keeping an inventory list of incoming and outgoing inventory.

 

Discussion:

            ·Concerns about fronts for literature and repayment of fronts (IOU’s).

            ·Organization of pay-outs.

            ·Area and Group Literature persons to bring literature back and forth with them.

 

Frank R. will handle literature by default.

 

Group Reports

 

Cheyenne:

            Sat. Nite Live 7th Tradition $20.00 to the Area; GSR – Frank R..

            No other groups are present.

 

Scottsbluff:

            Clean & Serene 7th Tradition $157.70 to the Area; GSR – Rick Z.

            Reorganized 12 Step contact list.

 

Sidney:

            One Step at a Time no 7th Tradition at this time; GSR – Sylvia.

            Group has questions on 7th Tradition for Area.

            Discussion and feedback for GSR to take back to the Group.

            Business meetings are the last Saturday of the month.

Unity Days:

            Discussion on options to begin convention planning.

Frank R. – Motion to announce Unity Days planning at the group level.

Circulate sign up sheets.

BI – Laws:

            Discussion on revision of Bi – laws at the Regional level.

            Region will e-mail them out in approximately 2 weeks.

            Area will discuss incorporating revised Bi – laws for Area level.

            Frank R. received former Bi – laws from Les F.

 

Area Web Site:

            Web Master, Frank R. gave report.

            Web site has been running for 3 months.

            Group reports to be e-mailed and posted on web site.                          

            Cost:

                        $50.00 – Set up fee.

                        $10.00 – Fee per month; x3 months.

                        $80.00 – Total owed balance to date.

 

            Ed P. – Motion to reimburse Web Master, Frank R. $80.00.

            Les F. – Seconds the motion.

Unity Days Merchandise (T-shirts) moneys:

            Discussion on funds received from last Unity Days merchandise.

Motion – To move funds into general account after the $1,000.00 cap is met.

There is no further information on this motion.

Les F. – Motion to send a literature order in for the remaining balance of $246.19.
